Club Committee/Child Protection Panel

This club committee structure is based on the recommendation from the East Riding Club Accreditation Scheme and the Humber Sports Partnership guidlines.. Club committees are involved for their support with carrying out the long-range goals of the club. Club committee chairs report all committee activities to the club’s board. The standing club committees to be appointed are:

  • Club administration – This committee should conduct activities associated with the effective operation of the club.

  • Club public relations – This committee should develop and implement plans to provide the public with information about Hull Kung Fu and to promote the club’s service projects and activities.

  • Membership – This committee should develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the recruitment and retention of members.

  • Service projects – This committee should develop and implement educational, humanitarian, vocational and physical projects that address the needs of its community and communities in the Hull & East Riding district.

The Child Protection Panel

Hull Kung Fu are committed to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Hull Kung Fu train with many children and young people every year in a variety of ways and has developed a Child Protection Policy and Vulnerable Adults Policy to support instructors in putting into practice the clubs commitment.
